Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer refunds or exchanges if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item and do not open or use it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at liz@verdantwild.com with images as documentation. If you qualify, you will be sent a free return label via email. If your item was damaged beyond use in shipping and you provide images as proof, a return will not be necessary for refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed after we receive your return and you will receive an email with your shipping and tracking information. If it is determined a return is not needed, your exchange will be processed without a return.


Refunds
If approved, once we receive your return we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 5 business days. If it is determined a return is not needed, your refund will be processed without a return.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Allow an additional 5 business days for this.
