Each plant used to formulate this healing salve was picked specifically for its powerful herbal properties that aid in cleansing, relieving and healing minor cuts, scrapes, burns, bug bites, bruises and chapped skin. Calendula is an anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial that promotes the growth and healing of epithelial tissue. Yarrow is antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, astringent and analgesic, making it ideal for preventing infection, staunching blood flow, and reducing swelling and pain. Plantain is analgesic, demulcent, astringent, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory, helping to relieve itching and draw impurities from the skin. Now with a new essential oil combination of clary sage, lavender and pine so we can add healing tattoos to it's resume! 2 oz screw-top tin.

Heals anything!

My friend and I both bruise easily. We both use this to heal bruises in about 1/4 the time they normally do.
So, when I had hip-replacement surgery last year and the scar felt like railroad tracks, the physical therapist I was working with suggested daily massage. I needed something to make the skin slippery, and I thought of this. Again, it worked like magic.

It works to sooth the skin and the scent calms the mind. Texture is rich and absorbs easy.

Bruise repair extraordinaire

I just got this when I jammed my hand in the garden gate. I've been clumsy all my life, and I've always bruised easily. So, when I noticed my knuckle was swollen and purple, I wasn't surprised. I find, though, that as I've gotten older, my many bruises take a lot longer to clear up--often weeks. I decided to smear some this on my knuckle. Two days later, I can hardly see it.
I tried it on an older bruise on my arm, and that's almost gone too. For a clumsy person like me, this stuff is pure gold.

I'm so thankful to have an all natural ointment in my cupboard! With two little ones, I pull this out way too often!
